Greater Shankill Partnership was the first community-based regeneration organisation to be established in Belfast and over the last 30 years has been behind some of the city’s most transformational regeneration initiatives, specifically across education and support for children, young people and their families.
Delivered through our ‘Empowering’ strand, this strategic review and refresh project has been an excellent example of how we work with long established place management organisations to strengthen governance, build financial resilience and offer our fresh perspective on operations, measuring impact and identifying opportunities for future growth.
