Chris is a seasoned place strategist with over sixteen years’ experience designing, developing and delivering urban and rural regeneration projects across the UK and Europe. He specialises in building connections and partnerships between businesses, communities, public sector and non-profits to maximise the potential of places. Recognised as a thought leader in peace tourism and social sustainability, Chris’s knowledge, insights and purpose-driven ethos shapes our approach and threads through everything we do.

Catherine Armstrong
FOUNDING PARTNER | HEAD OF OPERATIONS & NATURE POSITIVE PROJECTS
Catherine is an experienced PRINCE2 qualified project manager with a portfolio spanning the private, public and non-profit sectors. As a practising ecologist for more than fifteen years, Catherine has specialist knowledge of biodiversity and environmental protection having led a range of nature-positive regeneration programmes at both a local and national level across the UK. Catherine is passionate about creating thriving green spaces and ensures our work sensitively balances the needs of both people and nature at all times.
