We are a place management consultancy specialising in urban and rural regeneration.

We help shape people-focused places, in balance with nature and the environment. Empowering and inspiring all those striving to make a positive impact on their own place; whether this is a region, city, town, neighbourhood, public square or forest park.

What we do

Our Services

Two children, a boy and a girl, sit on rocks by a calm river, facing away, with the boy's arm around the girl. The scene is outdoors with a blue sky and trees on both sides of the river, reflecting in the water.

Shaping

Inspiring

Our Approach

We are passionate about people-focused regeneration. Guided by design principles for social good, we champion place innovation and support this with hands-on insights grounded in reality, shaped through years of practical delivery.

We reframe perspectives, challenge convention and encourage disruption …in a good way. We broaden conversations beyond just the physical attributes of places and prioritise the often overlooked relationship between tangible (think buildings, trees, things you can touch) and intangible assets such as culture, heritage and how a place really makes you feel.

We refer to this as our ‘placescape’ and we aim to maximise the positive economic, social and environmental impact of this place canvas to enrich where we all live, work, learn, play and explore.
