Our Approach

We are passionate about people-focused regeneration. Guided by design principles for social good, we champion place innovation and support this with hands-on insights grounded in reality, shaped through years of practical delivery.

We reframe perspectives, challenge convention and encourage disruption …in a good way. We broaden conversations beyond just the physical attributes of places and prioritise the often overlooked relationship between tangible (think buildings, trees, things you can touch) and intangible assets such as culture, heritage and how a place really makes you feel.

We refer to this as our “placescape” and we aim to maximise the positive economic, social and environmental impact of this place canvas to enrich where we all live, work, learn, play and explore.

Our Latest Work

  • A bustling street scene in a small town decorated with Union Jack flags hanging above the street. There are multiple cars and pedestrians, with buildings lining the sides and a hill with communication towers in the background.

    Strategic Regeneration

We are supporting one Northern Ireland’s longest running urban regeneration charities through a strategic review and refresh.

    Local Sports Planning

We are working with Mayo County Council and Mayo Sports Partnership on the development of a five-year Local Sports Plan for the County.

  • A historic stone church with a tall spire against a partly cloudy sky, surrounded by trees and a black iron fence, with a street and buildings nearby.

    Neighbourhood Tourism

We are working with the people of Greater Shankill to shape a sustainable and inclusive Neighbourhood Tourism Action Plan.

  • Cliffside view of a rocky coastline with pink flowers in the foreground, green grass on the cliffs, and a calm ocean under a partly cloudy sky at sunset.

    On Our Horizon

Later this year, we are looking forward to working on the stunning Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal.

“Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and expertise helped us produce an excellent strategic plan, essential for our organisation’s future development and growth.”
